Understand the words in Psalms/תהלים 133:3
כְּטַל חֶרְמוֹן שֶׁיֹּרֵד עַל הַרְרֵי צִיּוֹן כִּי שָׁם צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת הַבְּרָכָה חַיִּים עַד הָעוֹלָם
"Like the dew of Hermon which runs down on the mountains of Zion, for there the Lord commanded the blessing, life forever."
Although this verse is referring to all the mountains of the Land of Israel/ארץ ישראל, a hint that the soul of the entire Land of Israel is called Zion/ ציון, nonetheless, it is specifically focusing on the 2 connected mountains, the mountain known as today as Mount Zion/ הר ציון, and Mount Moria/ הר המוריה - הר הבית.
The first step is to know that every person has within them the hidden spark of King David/דוד המלך, which is also the aspect of Zion/ ציון within them. This is the "real you"! Therefore, you need to connect your outer/external self (consciousness) to your inner/internal self.
This aspect of the spark of King David/דוד המלך, which is the "real you", is the aspect of Zion/ ציון which is connected to Mount Moria- the place and spiritual energy of the Holy Temple of G-d.
To begin, say the words with full intention, הניצוץ של דוד המלך נמצא בתוך כל בן אדם “The spark of King David is found within every person”. The numerical value/gematria of these words is 1446.
Now we must do as King David/דוד המלך did, which is to conquer the stronghold of Zion/ציון! This is the place deep within the right side of your heart. This right side of your heart is called "the City of David"/עיר דוד, while the rest of your heart is called "Jerusalem" / ירושלים. We need to Conquer the unholy forces and energy [the "evil"]/ קליפות that want to be nourished from the
holiness/sanctity - קדושה of Zion/ציון within ourselves, so all of the holiness/sanctity - קדושה will radiate from the aspect of Zion/ציון that is within us. Concerning this, is the first time the word Zion/ציון is written:
Samuel II שמואל ב 5:7
וַיִּלְכֹּ֣ד דָּוִ֔ד אֵ֖ת מְצֻדַ֣ת צִיּ֑וֹן הִ֖יא עִ֥יר דָּוִֽד
“And David conquered the stronghold of Zion which is the City of David.”
The numerical value/gematria of this verse is 1485. Now understand what is needed in order to conquer the aspect of the מְצֻדַ֣ת צִיּ֑וֹן – the stronghold of Zion? This is the difference between the two numerical values/gematriot, which is 1485 – 1446 which equals 39. This is the numerical value/gematria of טל /dew. This is the "dew" that will descend and soften and purify the heart!
This is a hint and secret of our same verse in Psalms/תהלים 133:3

It is the aspect of Zion/ציון which is connected to Joseph/יוסף, that is connected to your "Higher Self". It is this aspect of Zion/ציון which is connected to the place that is known today as Mount Zion where the Tomb of King David is.
Though, you might think otherwise, that Mount Zion/הר ציון where King David's tomb is, should be connected connected to the aspect of the spark of King David within you - the "Real You"; it is not. However, both - are intertwined with each other - the aspect of King David and Joesph (that will be elaberated on further).
Behold! There are 38 verses in Psalms/תהלים that contain the word Zion/ ציון! When we add the 1st verse that we discussed from the Book of Samuel II /שמואל ב , we have a total of 39 verses. To begin to conquer the stronghold of Zion/ציון and to thus, connect to the spark of King David within you - the "Real You", say all of these special verses (listed below [you can also download the PDF of these verses]) with your full intention /כוונה to achieve this as your goal. This should be done with a feeling of complete humbleness from the depths of your heart. (this is not a one time "deal", but something that you will need, and also build a desire to do even daily or weekly, where each time you say these verses with the proper intention, you will feel more connected to the "Real You" as the spark of King David will become more actualized within you. You will also feel the impure-evil forces and desires within your heart continue to become weaker, as they melt away because of the flame of your desire to do "Good" grows, and also your love and connection to G-d becomes stronger.)

149:2-"Israel will rejoice with its Maker; the children of Zion will exult with their King."
It is time to now add an additional 6 Verses/פסוקים from Isaiah/ישעיה to turn the "dew"/טל into the aspect of מים "water (rain), by making the numerical value / Gematria , equal to 45, which is the Name of God that has this same numerical value / Gematria , of 45 (השם ה' של מ"ה).

2:3- “And many peoples shall go, and they shall say, "Come, let us go up to the Mount of God, to the house of God of Jacob, and let Him teach us of His ways, and we will go in His paths," for out of Zion shall the Torah come forth, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
